Privacy & data notice · Updated October 2026

Your work stays yours
until you share it.

We designed this site so you can explore configurators, test AI experiments and prepare a project note without silent background tracking or forced account sign-ups.

Privacy preferences

01 · Browser storage

Enquiry drafts and configurator state.

When you configure a product or write a project note on /explore, your draft and selected reference are kept in your browser’s sessionStorage for up to 24 hours.

Clear saved enquiry draft

What stays in your browser

  • ttl:enquiry-draft:v3: your current project note, selected case/experience reference and edited message in the active tab (expires after 24 hours).
  • ttl:enquiry-selection-v1: temporary handoff of a car-wrap, modular-furniture or clothing configuration into /explore.
  • ttl:consent:v1: your chosen analytics preference (essential or accepted) in localStorage.

Typing a note or adjusting a 3D configurator does not send your draft to Terrace Tech Labs. You can delete your saved draft at any time inside Draft options on /explore or using the link on this page.

02 · Outbound contact

Email and WhatsApp handoff.

We do not run a hidden contact database on this website. You choose how and when to send your prepared message.

When you choose to reach out

  • Email: opens a mailto: draft addressed to hello@terracetechlabs.com in your mail application.
  • WhatsApp: opens wa.me with your prepared message encoded in the URL so you can review and send it in WhatsApp.
  • Text download / copy: saves a plain-text .txt file to your device or copies the message to your clipboard.

Once you send us an email or WhatsApp message, we use those details solely to respond to your enquiry and discuss potential work together.

03 · AI experiments

Voice, workflow, scene and brief trials.

Interactive AI features on /ai and /explore are opt-in experiments powered by Google Gemini via Firebase AI Logic.

Explore AI at TTL

How trial inputs are processed

  • No audio, photo or text prompt is sent until you explicitly start a trial action (such as starting a voice session, running a sample workflow, choosing Understand this space or requesting a brief suggestion).
  • In the physical scene trial (/ai/physical), your selected photo and prompt are sent to Google’s AI service to return spatial labels and are not stored by TTL.
  • Please use non-sensitive sample text and photos when testing public AI trials.

Protected live voice sessions use short-lived admission tokens and rate limits to prevent automated abuse without requiring personal user accounts.
